Individual Counseling
Designed for adults seeking one-on-one support for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.

Family Counseling
Family counseling provides a collaborative space to strengthen communication, improve relationships, and work through challenges together.

• $275 per session
Couples Counseling
Whether you're rebuilding trust, improving communication, or strengthening your relationship, couples counseling offers practical guidance for moving forward together.

Facilitation Session
Facilitation sessions provide structured, professionally guided conversations designed to support collaborative decision-making, conflict resolution, and productive dialogue among individuals, families, or groups.

Insurance Information
Supported Counsel is pleased to accept several major insurance plans for eligible individual counseling services. Insurance coverage is determined by your specific plan and behavioral health benefits.
We currently accept:

• UnitedHealthcare (UHC | UBH)
If you plan to use insurance, we recommend verifying your behavioral health benefits prior to your first appointment. Our office is happy to answer questions about coverage, copays, deductibles, and payment options before your visit.
Payment Options
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
We accept major credit and debit cards along with other approved electronic payment methods. Additional payment details will be provided during scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide no less than 24 hours advance notice so the appointment may be offered to another client in need of care.
